Black Summer Truffles have a very delicate flavour and aroma, with hints of earthiness, hazelnuts, chocolate, and vanilla.
Around 90% of our Black Summer Truffles are hunted wild in and around the Sibillini Mountain National Park, Le Marche and Umbria, Central Italy.
