We are seeing a very steady supply of Italian Black Summer Truffles. The quality of these truffles has improved dramatically over the last two weeks.
They are mostly now mature, demonstrating a light brown marbled interior, with flavour and aroma close to matching the Black Truffles that are found later in the year and that are sold as Black Autumn Truffles.
These Black Truffles are very affordable, and represent great value. They can be used in generous quantities and are ideal for grating to make Truffle Butter or other Truffle sauces, or look fantastic when simply shaved over a simple Truffle Dish.
We suggest you grab some while the price represents such great value.
